What it is: A fictional company orientation presented by the Human Resources department, where our team discussed Equal Employment Opportunity, the mission/vision/values of the company, policies/procedures, and benefits that the employees were entitled to. I designed the logo of the company myself, which was centered around a digitally transformative cloud services platform that enabled companies to have greater access to universities across the nation, providing a new approach to college recruiting and lower onboarding costs.

What I have learned: Human Resource terminology, US procedures/policies, team collaboration, graphic design skills using Canva. Human Resource management is the center of workplace professionalism and encouraging a positive work ethic/environment, and this particular project taught me how to implement policies in the workplace that would encourage such behavior.

What I would have done differently: As suggested by a teammate, I agreed that a functional website with training modules would have been a great addition to showcase the plans we had for our sales employees.
