Work Experience.
Peer Internship Ambassador.
An integral role in the Crowell School of Business, acting as a student advisor for internship success. Job consists of 50% Student Engagement, 30% Employer Engagement, and 20% Department Support, serving as a liason between Career Development Services and the business department.
Sales Operations Analyst Intern.
In a time span of six weeks presented a proposal for foreign market entry supported by financial and operational data. Additionally conducted a project supporting legal “clean-up” of current company database. Worked independently on projects and refined PPT, Word, Excel and communication skills.
Social Media Director.
Directed the launch of Biola Professional Women's Society kickoff meeting through various social media outlets. Continues to work on overall strategy planning for future utilization of LinkedIn and the Biola App in order to reach young female professionals eager to network and learn.
Athletic Experience.
For the Fall 2018-Spring 2020 season, I competed as a division II NCAA athlete for Biola University’s swim and dive. Having competed in the sport for an excess of 12 years, I was able to utilize a goals and results-oriented mindset in and out of the pool, in addition to teamwork/collaboration skills.

Heather Martin
Heather Martin has worked in the Career Development field since 2007. She has functioned as a Career Counselor in social services, trade schools, and higher education across numerous disciplines. She is Annie’s current employer and mentor.
Beth Starr
Beth Starr is the Assistant Dean for the Crowell School of Business and teaches as an adjunct in the areas of marketing, management and sales. Starr is currently enrolled in a D.B.A. program with an emphasis in Marketing at George Fox University. She also has over 20 years of experience working in sales and marketing.
