Link: Chinese Market Entry Proposal Strategy
What it is: A 23-page proposal on expansion of a cloud-based software company into China, with a detailed accompanying PESTLE/SWOT analysis, situation and market analysis, demographic trends and more.
What I learned: While working on this project from Singapore, I learned to improve my global/multicultural fluency skills by adapting to an international mindset. Throughout my internship with this company, I also worked on my current Mandarin Chinese language proficiency as well as intercultural communication skills.
What I would have done differently: If I was allowed to stay longer in Singapore, I would also work on potential proposals to other countries outside Asia to add on to my existing international business knowledge.
